By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

ATP provides custom vehicle restoration, restomod builds, engine swaps, paint and bodywork, interior upholstery, and related automotive services. All services are subject to a written build agreement or work order that outlines specific scope, pricing, and timeline.

All estimates are provided in good faith based on initial assessment. Final pricing may vary due to unforeseen conditions discovered during teardown, changes in scope requested by the client, or fluctuations in parts pricing. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule a build and begin procurement of parts and materials.
• Progress payments are due at agreed-upon milestones as outlined in your build agreement.
• Final payment is due in full prior to delivery or pickup of the completed vehicle.
• Vehicles will not be released until all balances are paid in full.

Estimated completion dates are provided as good-faith projections. Timelines may be affected by parts availability, supplier delays, scope changes, and unforeseen conditions. ATP is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Customers may supply their own parts with prior approval. ATP is not responsible for the quality, fitment, or warranty of customer-supplied components. Additional labor may be required to modify or adapt customer-supplied parts, which will be billed accordingly.

Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing. Change orders may affect timeline and cost. ATP will provide an updated estimate before proceeding with changes.

All ATP builds include a limited warranty as described on our Warranty page. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

ATP's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. ATP is not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Vehicles awaiting pickup after completion will be stored at no charge for up to 14 days. After 14 days, storage fees of $25/day may apply. ATP is not liable for damage to vehicles remaining in storage beyond 30 days after completion notification.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ATP and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photos of customer builds may be used by ATP for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in the state where ATP is located, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

ATP reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
